This system provides an integrated approach in preventing disease and promoting health through Natural Medicine, Methods and Therapies and administering good diet, exercise and lifestyle management.
Established in 1945, we are the Pioneers of bringing and spreading Ayurveda in Tamilnadu. Founded by our beloved, respectable Grandfather Dr.(Vaidya).Velayutham Pillai in the hotspot of Madurai Meenakshi Amman Temple with the vision of developing Ayurveda and the people through it. The establishment tradition was taken forward by our beloved father Dr. V. Somasekar with fullest support by Mrs.Subbulakshmi Somasekar, initially near Meenakshi Temple and later in Azhagappan Nagar till date as it exists. Now, the legacy is carried over by the 3rd generation, our chairman and chief Dr.S.Dhanvanthri Premvel from the year 1996 in the current location. With each passing generation, the crux of Ayurveda is being maintained while also improvising the techniques unique to each Doctor. Currently, to spread this holistic science across, we have branched out to various parts of Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana with the sole motto of healing intact.We are now a Team of 23 Doctors and 20+ Branches and are still to continue more.
Dhanvanthri Nilayam Ayurveda Vaidhyasalai was founded in the year 1945 by Dr.Velayutham Pillai, at North Veli Street, Near Meenakshi Amman Temple. Later it was Shifted to Dhanappamudali Street, and was developed by Dr.V.Somasekar.
Dr.Somasekar took over the clinic and worked for its betterment without altering its authenticity. Further as a part of development, the clinic was shifted to Alagappan Nagar - Madurai to promote the growth and development of Ayurveda.
Dr.S.Dhanvanthri Premvel, elder son, joined hands with his father from 1995 into this holy and authentic service, and now has branches in Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Through his consistent efforts, patients got cured happily.
